Our menus change with the seasons, always shaped by what’s best from the land and sea around us. Simple but well-thought-out dishes, like homemade crisps with whipped cod’s roe, sit alongside fresh seafood and quality cuts of meat. And of course, there’s always a great local beer or wine to go with it.
