Fresh, elegant and full of character, it’s perfect for a celebratory cheers, but we also think it deserves a spot in your everyday line-up. It’s a brilliant aperitif with oysters, and pairs beautifully with crispy seafood too like our Fritto Misto at School House and Beach House Falmouth, or the Scampi Monkfish at Harbour House.
